Before learning about the four frames, I was familiar with the concept of vision, and aligning HR strategies, and market goals to vision/mission. What I didn't realize was about how the structure is also about design and the external environment of your industry, whether it be manufacturing or service. Structure is my favorite frame in some ways, because it is the foundation of everything else. I've also been shocked by how many cool models there are that help implement strategies.
